Yes, you can eat anything as long as you are eating real food and not going for the wrong combinations. In other words, you may not white sugar is not real food and perhaps the first reason to gain weight. Therefore, avoiding that will be a good idea.

To be more specific, you can eat everything produced by nature. Moreover, food is the best medicine for any human body. However, it is not a good idea to go for the refined white version of sugar.
